Prices and booking
- Fares and hotel rates change live and are confirmed only after full payment (or written credit approval for account customers).
- Quotes are valid for the time shown on the quote. If a price changes before booking, we tell you the new price first.
- Some fares can be held for a short time; others must be paid before booking.
Passport and visa
- For international travel, every passport must be valid at least 6 months from the travel date. We will not book if this is not met.
- Visa decisions are made by the embassy or immigration authority. Visa and government fees are not refundable once applied.
Cancellations and changes
- Cancellation requests are accepted only from the mobile number used for the booking (call or WhatsApp), for your safety.
- Cancellation charges follow the airline, hotel or partner rules plus our service fee. We show you the exact charges and refund before you confirm.
- Partial cancellations (some passengers, sectors or rooms) are handled with the partner and may take longer.
Payments
- Pay by secure payment link (UPI, cards, net banking), UPI or bank transfer to our account. We never ask for card numbers, CVV or OTP.
- A GST invoice is issued for every booking.
Liability
We act as a booking agent for airlines, hotels and other service providers, whose own terms apply. We are not responsible for schedule changes, delays or service failures by these providers, but we will help you with alternatives and claims.
